Eat here for the health of the planet

Providing healthy food is great, but what the world really needs is for all restaurants, and everybody else for that matter, to be kinder to the environment.

We have built a LEED-certified space with energy efficent appliances, heating and cooling, bamboo accents, recycled glass tabletops, recycled rubber flooring, compact florescent lighting, electronic menuboards (in lieu of paper menus) and dozens of other eco-friendly touches. In addition to all that, we use eco-friendly packaging and cleaning products, we carefully manage our energy and water use, and we recycle everything we can and compost all our food scraps. We do everything possible to reduce our footprint on the planet.
