The Balanced Kitchen Kicks bottled water
We were recently awarded the Think Outside the Bottle Award by Corporate Responsibility International for our decision to not participate in the wasteful practice of serving bottled water in our restaurant. Several newspapers and TV stations showed up to witness the event. Here's the story that ran in Red Eye.
